Our Commitment
ATMC strives to provide accessible learning and digital experiences for all students, staff, and visitors. We continually review accessibility requirements, student feedback, and regulatory obligations.
Accessibility Standards
- We align with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.
- Accessibility checkpoints are part of our design, development, and QA processes.
- We maintain continuous improvement plans to address gaps.
Measures taken
- Keyboard operability across menus, forms, and interactive components.
- Colour contrast testing for text and interface elements.
- Meaningful heading hierarchy, labels, and ARIA attributes where needed.
- Accessible alternatives for multimedia and downloadable content.
Known limitations
- Legacy PDFs may not yet be fully tagged for screen readers.
- Third-party embeds may not always meet our standards.
- Captioning for historic video content is being progressively added.
